L.A.-based producer Aaron Koslow aka Elusive persists in his habit of releasing dope beattapes ('Headspace', 'Textures' and 'French Toasted' - and that's just last year) with 'Cosmic Web', released via Dome of Doom earlier this week. 'Cosmic Web' delivers on everything the prolific beatcreator is known for. Delicate jazzy beatsketches ('Mellow Melodies', 'Crispy Nights', 'Standing Uprights') are interspersed with intricate, layered little masterpieces ('Stairways to the Stars', 'Ly Fy RnB') and the occasional bass-heavy banger ('8 Bit Fantasy'), making 'Cosmic Web' one of Elusive's most enjoyable projects to date.
